SHAMBU NAMBOOTHIRI (Veliyam Potti)
Yogakshema Ayurveda Vaidyashala is one of the oldest Ayurveda clinics in south Kerala. The clinic was established by Vaidya Kalanithi Shambu Namboothiri also known as Veliyam Potty Vaidyan. The the clinic operates on century-old traditional practices which are unique to the Veliyam Potty family. Veilyam Potty Vaidyan was a renowned Vaidyan (doctor)who specialized in traditional treatment methods for Jaundice, Hepatitis B, Scabies, Skin Disease, Allergy, Migraine, Gynecological Disorders, and Loss of Hair. The clinic also specializes in Panchakarma treatment and other common ailments. The legacy of Veliyam Potty Vaidyan is continued by his grandson Dr. KEERTHI K. NAMBOOTHIRI (B.A.M.S) and his wife Dr. VANI KRISHNA. N (B.A.M.S, MHA).
